Return Policy
Psalms Jewellery wants you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase!

We accept exchanges or returns for store credit within 10 days of delivery.
All items must be returned in unused/unworn condition with original packaging. A shipping and handling fee of $12 will be deducted from your return. We do not provide refunds on shipping costs.
Once your exchange or return is received, it will be thoroughly inspected by our team. If your exchange or return is received with visible wear or damage, we will refuse the exchange or return.
Psalms Jewellery reserves the right to refuse exchanges or returns at any time.
If an item arrives damaged, Psalms Jewellery must be notified via email at psalmsjewellery@gmail.com within 24 hours from the delivery time of your package.
How to Return / Exchange
Simply email us at psalmsjewellery@gmail.com with your name, order number, and reason of return and we will assist you.
When returning a package, be sure to get tracking information so that your package is traceable, and you must put a note in your package with your order number and name for us to process your exchange. Once your package has arrived to us, please allow 7-12 days for processing.
A merchandise credit will be issued for returns. You may also exchange it for any item(s) on our website of equal value. We charge a $12 exchange fee for shipping costs back to the sender. If you would like to exchange for an item of higher value, we will charge you the $12 exchange fee plus the amount owed for the new item.
